Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped or handed over to our logistics partner.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please:

• Email us at fassenceofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a request for cancellation.
• Our team will confirm the cancellation status within 1–2 hours during business hours.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

An order cannot be cancelled if:

• The order has already been shipped or is out for delivery.
• The cancellation window (1 hour from order placement) has passed.
• The order contains customised or personalised items.

In such cases, you may request a return after delivery (subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy).

4. Refund on Cancellation

• If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For orders paid via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking), the refund will reflect as per your bank's processing time.

5. Partial Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of individual items before the order is shipped. Please mention the specific item(s) you wish to cancel in your email.
